How do you remove the barrel to replace the barrel spring of a watch?

How do you remove the barrel spring and put the other parts to be cleaned? | |
Step 2 | Disarming the barrel spring | |
Step 3 | Avoid the pendulum to remain hooked under the wheel or at the anchor | |
Step 4 | Unscrew the anchor bridge screws and remove it | |
Step 5 | Remove screws and gear bridge | |
Step 6 | Remove the exhaust, second and middle wheels | |
Step 7 | Unscrew and remove the ratchet | |
Step 8 | Unscrew the pawl screw and remove it with the wire spring | |
Step 9 | Unscrew and remove the crown wheel and small washer in the centre | |
Step 10 | Dial side: remove hour wheel and roadway | |
Step 11 | Movement side: unscrew and remove barrel bridge | |
Step 12 | Remove centre wheel | |
Step 13 | Remove the barrel | |
Step 14 | Unscrew and remove the pull spring | |
Step 15 | Removing references and timer wheel | |
Step 16 | Remove the toggle spring with a nail punch and remove the spring | |
Step 17 | Remove the rocker | |
Step 18 | Unscrew the pull tab and remove it | |
Step 19 | Remove the spindle, the sliding gear and the winding gear | |
Step 20 | Screw the cockerel with its pendulum back into place and remove the incabloc | |
Step 21 | Dial side remove the incabloc balance wheel | |
Step 22 | Open the cylinder, take out the shaft and leave the spring. It is best to replace the spring to avoid problems later. | |
Step 23 | The watch parts are ready to be washed |
