The different flange shapes of a barrel spring

What are the different flanges of a barrel spring? What does TBH, T-END, etc. mean?

The barrel springs are connected to the drum via a fixed flange. These are used for mechanical movements. For automatic movements, the transfer of force is done via a sliding flange which allows the end of the spring to be temporarily disengaged from the drum above a disengagement limit torque. The fixed flange allows the spring properties to be maximised, particularly the number of revolutions.

Below you will find the different flanges and shapes that gave them their name.
